Love this place. Best hotel you can get for this price. Great location. Really quiet. Pool + hot tub are nice. Big rooms. Everything in the rooms is noticeably worn and a little old. Found a little bit of mold in places too but not too bad. Overall clean and nice quiet budget place to stay in Princeville. Free parking. Rooms with full kitchens. Patios with views.
Overall, the service during my stay was very good. We did experience a bug on our bed, which was concerning, but we reported it immediately. Maintenance responded quickly, sprayed the area, and addressed the issue right away. We also requested new bed sheets, and the staff took care of that promptly. While I do wish we had been offered a new room after the incident, I appreciate how fast the team acted and how professionally they handled the situation. Their responsiveness made a big difference in resolving the issue.
Staff was great. Cottage is well laid out & grounds are beautiful. Bed is a little hard for my liking but others may like it.
Super clean units, well cared for condition. A bonus, washer & dryer inside the unit. Not on the beach but lush tropical garden surroundings.
