The ceiling doesn't have any sound deadening material so you can hear all the footsteps and movement in the condo above you. Not worth it to be in a lower level condo. However if you can get an upper condo they are beautiful, well maintained with a helpful staff

We had a great stay in Kauai. The place feels like a small resort with a cozy cottage vibe. It was clean, comfortable, and very well located. It was excellent for our family, especially for my child, who really enjoyed the pool. The main issue during our stay was the check-in process. There was poor communication between the resort administration and the Airbnb management, which caused a long delay and unnecessary stress.
