I have lived at MVP for 4 years. We purchased our condo. We selected a home in MVP because it provided the most benefits/amenities for the HOA fee. The HOA fee was much lower than other places with fees. Also, the units are all 2, 3 bedrooms and 815 + Sq Ft. more bang for our buck that other places on Oahu. The area is well maintained, a walk to the beach, ocean and located in a rural-like area away from Waianae. We have found all the staff to be polite, courteous and helpful.
