The estimate from the front desk is NEVER CORRECT! The billing department didn’t know how insurance work. Maybe they intentionally give patient a wrong quote. I did my filling and cleaning here. The service is awesome and the dentist is very patient. My dental insurance was delta dental PPO and is now anthem blue cross dental PPO. When I was using delta dental, the billing department told me that delta dental use a TOA (table of allowance) to list my coinsurance on different procedures.
