I really wanted to give a five star review, but I can't. The office manager and techs are excellent. My problem is with the amount charged. I realize that all businesses have expenses and must make a profit. I don't expect anyone to work for free. The $160.03 that was billed for "Fuel and a 10% mark-up" is excessive. I hope that MAK revises their pricing strategy.
Driver in the left hand lane doing 80+ with his nose in a phone while his apprentice looked on. Last digits of license plate was 575 or something like that. Do not recommend
From our first phone call to installation the entire staff was responsive, respectful, on time, knowledgeable, professional, neat and it was our great fortune to have had them improve our home. Don't look any further than this company.
