I engaged MAK diesel for a purchase of a new machine. The whole experience couldn’t have been more disappointing. They lacked professionalism, customer service and delivery quality. When emails were sent regarding the disappointment in their machine. I was met with denial and comments saying “it is what it is”. I will never use this company for anything in the future. Worst experience ever
