I have used Mak to clean my carpets and couch a number of times now. Communication is easy, they respond quickly to text messages and scheduling is very easy. They send a reminder text. Upon arrival they are very punctual, super professional and respectful of your home. The cleaning itself is excellent! I have a dog and a cream colored couch and every stain is removed and the couch always looks and smells brand new. The same goes for my carpets.
