Recently, on 2/21, I was lucky enough to schedule Mak B. cleaning services to clean a large area rug and complete some upholstery cleaning (two ottomans, a couch, and a loveseat). We had a loveseat and sofa cleaned for the first time since purchase. He did an outstanding job! The dirty water showed the results. Very responsive, detailed, easy to work with and polite. I will be using him again for future needs.
I’m so happy with the service I received! Tom did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet. It looks amazing and smells fresh and clean. Tom was super professional and genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve met. I’ll definitely be using him again and recommending them to others.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m extremely impressed with the work. He spent a lot of time doing a true deep cleaning of my sofa, living room cushions, and stair carpet — especially a tough problem area with cat urine that I was really worried about. He was very professional, explained what he was doing, and didn’t rush the job. You can tell he actually cares about doing it right instead of just spraying and moving on.
