I called yesterday to see if they could take a link out of a watch. I was told the lady that does this would be in after lunch, and they close at 5. I call again about 3:30 to make sure the lady was there and would be able to do it, I was told yes. So I head up there. I'm literally 5 mins away or less. When I get there they tell that something came up and are unable to do it. Hello, I just called. It only takes a matter of minutes. Thanks but no thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere from no own.
