Edit: I waited two weeks before rebooking because of the last time I was there the office manager was looking for people to rebook. This time it was actually WORSE....DOWN TO TWO TECHNICIANS. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 9:40 AND THEY WERE OVER AN HOUR BEHIND. This place has gone to the dogs.....is the government intentionally doing this so people will start paying for blood collection??? My appointment is for 9:10 and three technicians and people who had appointments at 740 are just getting looked at. So much for progress.

Just reminding myself to never go back if I google it. I had an appointment. Their equipment was down. Line out the door, shoulder to shoulder. Woman told me her appointment was supposed to be 40 mins ago. I leave because I don't want to end up sicker in a crowd of sick ppl for an hour or more. This is why i made an appointment. Also no hand sanitizer in the building. They are apparently waiting on an order. Our healthcare is a disaster.
