Absolutely abhorrent treatment by “Shirley” she is rude dismissive and even diagnosed my bloodwork as routine! Was treated like it was her call whether my blood work was done or not! Well not one phlebotomist has ever asked if anyone had an appointment you know why Shirley they don’t care they just want to see patients cared for and get their blood work done for their health! Staff were friendly and helpful. Booked easily online and I was registered and finished in 40 mins.
Absolutely terrible, I have called several times to enroll for virtual education sessions and have still been waiting almost a week for a call back. Whoever is answering the phone hates their job. Wish there was a better way, would not recommend
