This is a review for the Fertility Clinic within the Majors Path Clinic, I couldn’t find a google page for them specifically. My experience with all the staff here, including the doctor we’ve been seeing, Dr. Murphy, have been incredibly kind, informative, welcoming, understanding and above all, dignifying and compassionate. Shirt if staff or not there should be SOMEONE to answer a phone courtesy goes a long way
Edit: I waited two weeks before rebooking because of the last time I was there the office manager was looking for people to rebook. This time it was actually WORSE....DOWN TO TWO TECHNICIANS. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 9:40 AND THEY WERE OVER AN HOUR BEHIND. This place has gone to the dogs.....is the government intentionally doing this so people will start paying for blood collection??? My appointment is for 9:10 and three technicians and people who had appointments at 740 are just getting looked at. So much for progress.
