We had a great experience renting a boat from here, Joe was down to earth and friendly, he had a great personal touch and told everything we needed to know!! It was a great deal and worth the investment, would definitely repeat!!
Major's is the best! Joe and his team couldn't be nicer or more professional! If every business were run like Major's, the world would be a better place.......
Due to the Park Fire burning this year our trip was canceled. Majors Outpost team and management was quick to help us resolve our booking and rental agreement. We hope one day to get to lake Almanor. But for now I can say this operation is the goto for customer care. They have my business when we make it back.
