When my wheel chair be done..told me be about 8 months .. and it's custom made for me With my amputated leg... I really love Major Medical. Their staff especially Tammy really cares about there customers. They went over and beyond what they were doing. They really love their job because they go that extra mile to make sure everything in order. So I highly recommend Major Medical for your equipment needs. They do not keep records of Dr. orders nor do they keep records of who has what but they're all too eager to get the bill in the mail to you & for you to pay!! I will not pay for services NOT rendered!! My doctor had ordered me to be on oxygen @ night for years then last fall he ordered me to be on it 24/7. I got tanks from Majors but when I called in November for a new regulator I was told "No problem." Called back in December & was told they had no record of me requesting it. Charges way above Manufacturer Suggested retail DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are NOT BBB accredited .Charged me $356 for scooter batteries with a suggested retail from Merits Manufacturer of $123-$165. Ripped off my insurance company and made me pay 20% or $96. Filed complaint with Insurance company and Oklahoma Attorney general. I don't have a problem with them making all the money they can from Insurance companies, but I have a problem with them ripping us Senior citizens off.
