I love this spa! I'm a local and I've tried quite a few in the Santa Barbara area. This is by far my favorite. Tina (my masseur) and Jorge (at the front desk) are great. I will be back.
Jorge (at the front desk), and Michelle (massage therapist) were just lovely. Both truly went above and beyond for an amazing spa experience. I’ll definitely be back!
I had an amazing experience here!! The spa is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Taylor took great care of us at the spa reception, and made us feel like VIPs! Quinn, my massage therapist was superb and extremely skilled. She really listened and addressed all of my trouble areas. Highly recommend to guests and locals alike!!
Overall is 4. This is a very small boutique spa. They only had a small steam room. My husband booked me a deep tissue massage and the massage therapist didn't have strong hands/pressure. Not as much as I wanted, but it was a good massage. The waiting lounge is absolutely beautiful.
Very poor massage. Masseuse got the massage type wrong until halfway thru the massage. Extremely poor quality and care for a $300 treatment. It was also unclear that gratuity was included in addition to the price that was shown.
