I am very disappointed with the management here they have no basic common sense. I have recently purchased a car and sold the other car park my car overnight with a visitor parking just to be on the safe side. I was parked in there. Reserve parking place that the car should be parked in because it is not registered yet to the facility which I understand but yet I put a parking pass a visitor parking pass this morning. This HOA, careless about informing the owners about any upcoming charges, not answering phone calls to give important information requested by the owners, sneaky people not taking the time to explain new owners about rules and regulations.
No visitor parking , they tow ur car before 10 pm swimming pool alway dirty, some apt have only 1 parking spot.
If I can leave a negative star I would, the management is the most incompetent set of ppl I have ever encountered. They don’t know what they are doing, they don’t answer phone calls nor reply to your email, and if leave them a voice mail to call you back they will not do it. And when you go to the office their only reply is “It’s out of our control, we have to message board” Who are board?
