This HOA, careless about informing the owners about any upcoming charges, not answering phone calls to give important information requested by the owners, sneaky people not taking the time to explain new owners about rules and regulations.
No visitor parking , they tow ur car before 10 pm swimming pool alway dirty, some apt have only 1 parking spot.
If I can leave a negative star I would, the management is the most incompetent set of ppl I have ever encountered. They don’t know what they are doing, they don’t answer phone calls nor reply to your email, and if leave them a voice mail to call you back they will not do it. And when you go to the office their only reply is “It’s out of our control, we have to message board” Who are board?
