Great place to come work out at. My coach Denise is beyond awesome. She’s always engaged with my routine and following up making sure I’m doing things right. It’s a plus that classes stay small, so it feels more like a personable session. She always welcomes you with a smile, if she’d only know how much her great attitude and expertise has encouraged me and taught me.
