Awesome every single time… the more tired I leave, the more successful, accomplished, energized and strong I feel. Denise is such a sweet, reliable, encouraging and dedicated coach; you don’t feel pressured, but at the same time and subtly, she pushes you to be the best you can be. I look forward to continue my fitness and health journey at MSP, and of course alongside and with the support of my favorite coach, Denise.

Great place to come work out at. My coach Denise is beyond awesome. She’s always engaged with my routine and following up making sure I’m doing things right. It’s a plus that classes stay small, so it feels more like a personable session.
