At first, they weren't very thorough in investigating where the mice were coming in. They only set up traps and looked around briefly at inside of house. However, after I complained, the man who came out finally did a good inspection of the outside of the house and sealed up one main hole. Then the last guy who came out was absolutely excellent! I have had a great experience with Major Pest Control eliminating my vole problem. The initial fee may seem high, but it fact, it's very good value for money. They came every 3 weeks for 6 months, to check and reload the bait stations (3 outside, 3 inside garage). Duke and Joe Mar are delightfully polite and professional fellows, but all the techs that came were pleasant to deal with. I hope the voles don't become problematic again, but if they do, I know who to call.
Joe Mar has been lovely through my experience with Major Pest Control. They have been professional and easy to communicate with. They are thorough and diligent with rechecking traps and filling areas that pests may access the home.
Dealing with the company was a little bit of a mixed bag. Initially, we started off great as the woman on the line was very helpful and informative and helped us actually identify what kind of pests we were dealing with. She got us set up with an appointment the very next day.
