My wife and I had a great experience with Chaz when trading in our 2018 Forester for a 2020 Telluride. He's honest, friendly, transparent, patient and informative. Chaz had to make sure we were aware that the vehicle was in an accident and had a sensor on the way and let us if the rear view blind mirrors aren't picking up the vehicles to contact him about so he can get it replaced.
