They had me to prepaid for all 5 of my dogs when I got there the man behind the counter was very rude and not caring about the animals at all I wouldn't leave my dogs with someone that couldn't care less if my dog was scared or suffering and had a cocky attitude for no reason and I lost all of my money I had paid now I see why it is prepaid so they can treat you however they want because they already have your money

They’ve done our huskies s/n and some kitties for us too. Everyone healed up fast and zero issues. The ladies there are so sweet and knowledgeable, making it very easy. 🐾❤️ 10 ⭐️ s
Made appointment, talked to office clerk 2 times, confirmed all was good to go,made to my appointment ( 1.5 hrs drive) only to be told no he was to large and may escape, however guy in front of me also had large dog but his was accepted. Not very happy at this point.
