Cesar Prado did a amazing job took his time explaining everything. Made sure my father had everything he needed plus more. We live out in the middle of nowhere over a hour from the closest time he communicated well and we were able to meet up and get everything taking care of thank you again cesar.
Terrible organization from this medical home care service agency! My mother underwent surgery and needed shower equipment for the longest time. Spoke to them on one occasion and was reassured my mother would get her shower equipment the same day. Never did. Spoke to them a week and a half later because she never received it (Reason said was because there was no address on file) yet, the first time I spoke they clearly did. Very good customer service. Always get a prompt response from Cesar Prado. Comes by and fixes any problem with equipment.
Cesar Prado was so very helpful in showing and explaining everything. He was prompt and courteous! And answered every question I had. Thanks Cesar!
