I went to Rhema Rotech (Webster, Tx.) to get my new CPAP machine. Brianna (Bree) instructed me on how to set up the machine and get the best results. Her instructions were detailed, user friendly, engagingly interactive. I left her office feeling empowered to get the best experience from my new machine. I downloaded the app, set up my equipment. spoke with Kayla L today. She was awesome in assisting me from mask to nasal pillows. Answered all questions and was very beneficial in showing me pictures to verify my equipment. Sleep Central keeps sending me emails and leaving voice mails saying I am past due for ordering supplies and that I may order by phone or online yet when I attempt to order online my order is not processed in a timely manner if at all.

Charli Langston helped me with finding a special hose for my Cpap machine. Because I use oxygen 24/7 I need a special attachment on my hose that attaches my oxygen to the Clap machine. The last time I received supplies they shipped me the wrong hose but I didn't notice it in time to send it back. Charli made sure that she updated my history so that it shows the correct hose with the oxygen attachment.
I have been trying to get a simple CPAP supply order for 3 weeks now. I uploaded pictures of my new insurance cards to their portal, placed an order. They still do not have the correct information on the portal and today they send me an email saying that i have to use the same cushion for 3 MONTHS. I had two items in my order and they could not even get that right.
