The technician who delivered the equipment was really helpful. He explained things thoroughly and showed me how to set things up explaining every step of the process. The office staff were friendly and helpful when I called and spoke with them. This is all new to me and they were happy to explain things to me and helped me feel comfortable about it all.

The VA contracted with this company. They are horrible!! The portable Innogen oxygenator they provided for my husband, only worked a couple of times. The batteries won't hold a charge. It's been more than a month and still no batteries!! I was told last Thursday they ordered a whole new machine but it's on backorder. I don't believe it, I think they are just trying to air me up. What if it was your lived one getting the run around when they need this?? I think they are taking advantage of the government contract.
