Does not like to answer phone calls on oxygen delivery. We called multiple times trying to fogure out when they will deliver oxygen to our home. An order that had been placed weeks in advance and yet no one wishes to answer. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Thanks alot.

The technician who delivered the equipment was really helpful. He explained things thoroughly and showed me how to set things up explaining every step of the process. The office staff were friendly and helpful when I called and spoke with them. This is all new to me and they were happy to explain things to me and helped me feel comfortable about it all.
