Lorena set me up and made the whole experience being a first time cpap user a success. She made it seem easy and functional to do. Please ask for her, she knows what shes doing.

Does not like to answer phone calls on oxygen delivery. We called multiple times trying to fogure out when they will deliver oxygen to our home. An order that had been placed weeks in advance and yet no one wishes to answer. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Thanks alot.
