Rude and unhelpful.
The office personnel have been doing a fine job. BUT the billing department has incorrectly billed us and you can't get a hold of them. I will be paying the bill just to keep them from hassling us any further but will be taking our business to anyone else. I'm quite suspicious. Now Service has greatly improved I am no longer filled with apprehension when I need to deal with them. Previously If you have another option pick it. Service is very iffy. Mostly rude or just unhelpful.
