Made an appointment for sat, nov 23, 2024 at 10 am. I got there at 9:30 am. I sat in their very cold , no heat waiting room. Around 10:30 the manager came to the waiting room and stated "you have a front passenger lug nut and bolt so rusted we need to break it to get it off". I replied, " I find it hard to believe it's that rusted; my rotors were just worked on 3 weeks ago". He started yelling at me accusing him of being I liar. And said he go relook. This location I've been going to for a while now and the prices used to be some of cheapest you can find. An oil change used to run me at most $40 now they are under new management or something and the prices soared. Got the same standard oil change and it costs $75. For that price you could go to Valvoline. I enjoyed the people there and the customer service was fantastic, job was done correctly and I've had no issues.
