I purchased the MLB app for my 89 year old mother this year after she was moved to an assisted living home that has limited cable. She is a lifelong Phillies fan and I purchased the Phillies package that is not supposed to have blackouts. There have been about 3-5 series that have been blacked out and when I call their customer service department, located in India, we have gotten nothing but the runaround each time we call.
