Took our 12 year old son this past weekend. First barbershop experience and we loved it! This will be our place. Miguel did a great job, my son Is so happy with the cut.
I appreciate the importance of appointments and the need for timely service. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I arrived at 10:15 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. appointment and ended up waiting until 11:15 a.m. It would be helpful if staff could communicate proactively with clients about any delays. A simple update would show consideration for those waiting. Thank you for considering this feedback to improve the experience for everyone.
My 1 yo was in need of a haircut so happy I decided to try out this place environment was nice and the barber was very patient with him
