The worst service i haver ever had they treat you like you are nothing.starting for the lady on the window till the person on the desk they take an entire day just to tell you what is wrong with your car. They are the worst. I wouldn't recommend no one to go there northern boulevard dealer.

The employees at the service and parts department are generally polite, but their hours and communication are very poor. I lost my key so I needed my car towed there and the key replaced. I called to make an appointment and was told I could drop my car off before they open. I later called back after the service department was closed (at 5pm) and was told by someone at the dealership that I could leave the car at any of the Major lots. I felt the purchase was good and we were treated well. Every aspect of service since purchase has ranged from unbeleivably bad to insultingly bad - truly 0 star territory
