I couldn't ask for better care. My primary care doctor, the physical therapists I've had during the past five years, my dermatologist, the audiology people: speech pathologists and audiologists, ophthalmology staff, mental health professionals, and supporting members of this clean, comfortable medical facility deserve high praise. I am severely disappointed with this VA and the Palo Alto network. I have been going to the VA since 2010. I’ve been attached to more than a handful of VAs across the nation. In 2018 I was hurt beyond recovery. To treat my numerous ailments, I receive acupuncture. It’s the only medicine next to breath, yoga, and chiropractic that helps. I like to receive it weekly and did for many years, often paying out of pocket when my referrals of 28 fall short for the year because it’s so necessary. This VA is fantastic. I’m consistently blown away by the level of service. it’s also the prettiest VA I’ve ever seen. Monterey and the greater Palo Alto system are world class.
