I believe Nate was the Tech who came to take care of my clogged floor drain. When he showed up he was super friendly and listened to everything I said and diagnosed my issue pretty quickly and got right to work. He did a really thorough job and even gave me tips for regular maintenance. He also cleaned up the work area and left it as if there was never a problem to begin with. This is the second time we have used Major Drain and this is the second time we were super happy with their service. The techs are friendly and explain things clearly. They show up on time (even showed up last minute when I need them!). Major Drain is definitely our go-to plumber from now on!! (also very reasonably priced and give free estimates)
The main drain had backed up in the basement of my parents house . I looked on Reddit and a lot of people suggested Major Drain over others that I won’t name lol, and I can see why. The tech got here within an hour … told us what he believed the issue was, the cost etc and was done within an hour… AND it was a very reasonable price . Our tech was named Nick and I suggest that if you need service to ask for Jim specifically . Very nice and professional .
