Love that they offer the single technician option to save money. Ended up needing the two-man but was still cheaper than expected. Came recommended, would also recommend to people I know.
Forced to work with this service provider by landlord very rude lady handling the calls by phone.She twisted words on the phone unnecessarily basically treated me like a peasant...I told her we have three adults here but might not be readily available so just text or call but give it a second .Then she basically says under her breath that doesn't make sense and tried to brush past it when I asked her what doesn't make sense. Had a jammed up floor drain, they said they could have someone over the next morning, but then they called back a bit later because one of their guys had time free, so that was cool. Even with a slight error in diagnosis(snaked the main stack, then we realized it was just the floor drain trap itself that needed it) he was done in half an hour.
