Major Drain did a great job of opening 2 clogs in a timely manner. Did not leave any mess behind. Both employees were courteous and thorough. Would definitely recommend!
Kind , informative, reliable, kept cost in mind and gave several options to help us out. We couldn't get anyone to help us and we're more than thankful for the service and care they provided. Late night job and Jake was so polite and positive, something so simple yet makes such a huge difference when you are in a stressful situation. I wanted to mention that Major Drain had been recommended to me by a family member; I was not disappointed. In fact, when it looked like I would have to layout some major cash after my home buyers did a sewer line inspection, it turned out that the line just needed cleaning, which Major Drain did quickly and efficiently--and honestly. I think some other companies might have said, "Oh, yeah, we gotta replace". It's nice to see there are still some trustworthy companies. I will use Major Drain again if needed.
Major Drain is the best. Their staff is friendly and very reasonable. They accommodate their customers and are extremely reasonable. Far cheaper than other plumbing companies for the same service.
