I can tell you that I am a person who appreciates honesty and good customer service. I have received both of these over the years we have been doing business. Don and his team are always quick to return with a response. If they haven't responded within 24hrs it is probably because it is the weekend. However I have gotten responses after business hours and on weekends. They have treated my office like we are VIP's. I wish all the businesses I dealt with gave the same customer service and honesty.
