We called on a Tuesday to see if they had the tires we wanted, they had to order them and said they would be in by Thursday, but recommended we come in on Friday. They don’t take appointments, the shop opens at 7 and they start pulling cars back at 8. I arrived just before 8 and was concerned with how long the wait would be, as the parking lot and waiting area was full, but was pleasantly surprised that they called to let me know they were done (I had walked to the library) by 11:20. I have never had a good experience with Major Brands.
Had a tire fixed and was told I needed brakes all the way around. Said they were shot. The funny thing was that I had put new brakes on 3 weeks prior!
