If you ask them to do services and drop your vehicle off they will only do the ones they want. Not the ones you asked them to do. Then if it requires a little bit of work you can expect it to be half done. Just slammed my tailgate back in instead of ordering pieces to fix it. Then the same old excuse you always here “you have to go to a dealer for a bolt and bushing”
I had my 2015 fiat towed in ($183) to have a crank shaft position sensor replaced . They told me that it called for 1.4 hours which would be about $140 . The car was put up on there lift and inspected by the mechanic . I was then told the mechanic will not do the work because it would take to much time and he won't make enough money for his work . He took the fiat off the lift and said I won't do it . They gave me my keys back and told me , " sorry for your inconvenience ." This is 100% not okay . I had to come out of pocket... read more
I had a flat tire in a hotel parking lot next to these guys. They helped me out. Clean operation. Honest people.
A1 service. They have decent labor rates. Their work is professional and they are 100% family friendly. This veteran will be back to have my cars serviced here in the future!
