If you need your car fixed I do not recommend here. I’ve taken my car 10+ times just this year to fix the same noice that they “fixed” the very first time I showed up and paid $800. (The noice is still happening btw). The guys are nice but they absolutely do not know what they are doing.
Took my F150 in for starting issues. They told me I needed a new starter. I had starting issues again not long afterwards. It turns out it was a battery terminal issue. A 6dollar battery terminal shim fixed the issue permanently. Could have saved myself over $325 dollars if I or the MECHANICS at Major Brands! Properly diagnosed the issue.
Went to get a boot put in my tire after running over a nail thinking any tire shop had the ability to do it. Should’ve been an easy fix but I guess it wasn’t. I paid $37 dollars to have a boot put into my tire and left and thought nothing of it. My tire pressure has been dropping all week and I finally had the time to take a look and seen that the nail was still there. Dropped my car off at 8 am and took until 5 pm for a simple oil change, unreal never coming back
If you ask them to do services and drop your vehicle off they will only do the ones they want. Not the ones you asked them to do. Then if it requires a little bit of work you can expect it to be half done. Just slammed my tailgate back in instead of ordering pieces to fix it. Then the same old excuse you always here “you have to go to a dealer for a bolt and bushing”
