Technician was very courteous and timely. Had my water heater repaired in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

All staff was great and responsive
Have used MARS for over 20 years because I trust them. I find their honesty and them not trying to upsell me when it’s something minor refreshing. And if the repair will be more than investing in a new appliance then that’s the advice they give. Most recently this happened with my fridge so when I had to buy a new one I called for advice on manufacturers and am so grateful for that advice and explanation for the recommendation.
