I had a a problem with my Refrigerator, I called Major Appliance Repair. The Technician, Kenny not only called me right away but showed up within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away.. I am totally satisfied with the services and level of professionalism provided. I highly recommend major appliance repair. Many Thanx to a job well done
I will keep this short. I have nothing and I mean nothing good to say about this so called repair man Kenny. I met him and had a service call. He does not know what he is doing. He is foul mouthed and just plain rude. He mentioned he quit drinking. I would suggest anger management as well. Taking your frustrations out on other peoples equipment and insulting the owners residence is not the way to earn repeat business. If I had a choice, I wouldn't even give him one star. I am over 70 years old, I'm not use to someone being condasending and outright rude to me ! I called and explained to him that I lived in a fifth wheel year round and wanted to make sure he was familiar with the washer and dryer I had, he said yes when in fact he didn't . He fumbled around, finally got the dryer out and then dropped his flash light, it went inside beside the drum and had to take the complete apart to retrieve it. Contacted Appliance Repair about an issue I was having with my refrigerator. The repairman that came out was very professional and knowledgeable and responded very quickly and had my refrigerator up and running much faster that I had expected.
