Found this company through Home Advisor. Although two of 3 of the 4 services we had performed were (mostly) up to standard, we ran into continuous problems with communicating with the owner. We are at this time waiting followthrough on noises from appliances installed (the work was completed three weeks ago and last spoke with the owner last week) and a small refund promised by said owner ("check in the mail" has still not arrived). I made an appointment for service, and on the day of the appointment, when the appointed time came and nobody arrived, I called and it was apparent that my ticket was misplaced. He acted as I needed to be squeezed into the new schedule for the day, that didn’t already include my service. He asked if I could wait another hour. This is in response to Mr Oziels Review of our service call on his Wolf Micro wave,we told him that we could not find any broken or damaged parts but he Mr Oziel want us to order all the latch parts and he said that if we replaced all the latch parts it would resolve the problem ,we did not agree with this and made American Home Shield aware of this ,we did not proceed because we had not found anything broken or cracked,in my experience throwing parts at it would not fix it,when we told Mr Oziel this he got upset and demande... read more

Scott and Robbie went the extra mile for me. I appreciate their expertise and persistence, on an intermittent problem that another vendor couldn’t isolate. They had to disassemble a large part of my washing machine to get to the drain pump and housing. They demonstrated what the problem was, and had to order parts which are hard to come by for my model.
