Paid for Service call the Tech came in for 10 mins then said it was fixed and I went out to run washer and nope still wont spin and code same! They come back out and say they fixed it start washer gets to spin and wont drain! Called them back to come fix the original issue they said no one able to come today but they were paid and the issue is still the same!! They did NOT fix issue!!
Electric dryer leaving clothes damp. Was able to schedule repair within 2-3 days. Repair tech able to diagnose problem quickly and solve it. Pleasant and polite. Cleaned up after himself. Answered all questions. Charge seemed reasonable (no parts were needed). Highly recommend.
My family will always go here 1st. They worked with my wife to make sure we had the right part before she left. Our dryer is back up and running with a $15 piece. Thank you for not discouraging us. trying to fix it ourselves. New home owners whose home never should have passed inspection. Now trying to fix what we can ourselves as much as we can.
