SO impressed and happy with the repair service provided by Major Appliance tech for my 9-yr old LG washer that had a major leak. Devin quickly identified the problem (unlike techs from other companies) explained and showed it to me and quickly remedied with an ordered part. He returned quickly when a small leak remained and eliminated it. I highly recommend this company, and particularly Devin, who is highly qualified and highly professional. Will call them again if I need any other appliance repair or replacement.
Absolutely no customer service very poor
Highly Recommend, the kind of company you want coming into your house!
The employees can be a little gruff sometimes but these guys do a good and thorough job
We have used major appliance for a variety of appliance repairs, they are super helpful, friendly, local and great to work with. Good people, honest and fair work and a positive attitude. Highly recommend their services.
