We were very pleased with the work of Repairman Steve as he correctly diagnosed the issue we had with our dishwasher. Steve was honest, forthright and committed to making sure we would be satisfied with the simple cleaning that he did that made our dishwasher run well again. Major Appliance was quick with scheduling my in home repair. Thanks to Devin my dryer is running like a brand new machine, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Devin was quick, kind, and courteous and he represented the company very well!
Took my washer in to get repaired, and they did an excellent job. They went above and beyond with their service. They are professional and very knowledgeable and they gained a customer for life!!
