Front desk is very unprofessional I have called multiple times to schedule an appt and they do not answer! Horrible customer service they need to replace staff with competent people.
Seemed to be so important about insurance, I will not be making a much needed appointment.
Poor communication; dirty surfaces, especially hearing-test room; among other places. Caution!
Very long wait times. Been waiting at least 45min to be seen. Would be great if we could fill those forms out online.
