They changed my mind! My installer did not program the controllers correctly and I began to have trouble. Spoke with Ron at Majic Stair and he had every problem fixed in minutes! Great customer service!
I bought 2. They’re 80 feet apart on opposite sides of the house. One works fine. The other loses its remote control connection every week and the other takes over control of both. The remote won’t reprogram. Have to unplug the unit to repair it. Quite possibly the worst remote control system in history and had I know, I would t have bought them.

Just add Magic stairs installed. They look great they’re fine. Installers are clean respectful they worked all the time they cleaned up after themselves never knew that they were here and quite honestly the ceiling looks like hardly anything been done to it it almost looks like a recessed fluorescent Like to fixture and so just very pleased with that I can walk up and down the stairs forward at the stairs are at a 45° angle. They installed an attic lift. Installers were professional and very competent. They took a lot of care not to make a mess and clean up after themselves. The lift is going to make it a lot easier to bring down Xmas and Halloween decorations. Cannot yet speak for longevity of the unit as they just installed it today, but very happy with it.
