I just happened across these attic stairs online and decided to take a chance on them. The communication and product have completely exceeded my expectations! These stairs are a complete game changer for us to access useful storage above the garage! The installation was pretty straight forward, but I have an extensive background in building. The average DIY'er can likely get this done also.
I had an outstanding experience with this team from the very first call to inquire about their product all the way through to the final support call for programming the remotes. The product itself is fantastic! The wide blaster stairs and lift system look amazing and function perfectly. I would love an opportunity to work with them again in the future!
Absolutely LOVE my Majic Stairs! We moved into a new house with only an opening for attic access and garage that has 10 foot ceilings. We had these automatic stairs installed and they are fantastic. They are solid, stable, have handrails on both sides making it an easy entry and exit into and out of the attic. Makes accessing your attic, when you’re by yourself, very easy. The fact that it can be used as a safe room also is a win, win, win in my perspective. 10/10. Totally worth it!
