Since I got called out but just some thoughts. But apparently the owner continued bleaching a customer's hair, even that customer said they were very hurt. As far as I know right now that person is also currently on prescription hair care medicine. Their medical record is documented with info and timestamps, by the way.
MJ is a dedicated artist. Prices are a bit high but the quality of service is excellent, well-worth the cost. Sometimes a bit tricky to catch MJ, who travels often, but I always wait for him. He cut my wife and 2-year-old's hair at our last visit. He was so great. Thank you, MJ.
