I had such a wonderful experience with Erin and her team at Majesty Title. Her professionalism, communication, responsiveness, collaboration and commitment to provide a smooth and stress-free closing for my buyers was “best in class”. I signed for my condo in SoHo with Majesty Title years ago and they were so rude to me and my parents at closing. They didn’t know who the buyer or seller was, they didn’t have good customer service (have a nice drink or picture opportunity for us) and were just cold. It was not memorable at all so I hated the experience. I had to take my own picture outside of the building just to commemorate it for myself. Not going to work with them again for future purchases.
Lilliana Medina has been the BEST Title Processor I have EVER worked with!! She was so on top of the transaction, organized and just so friendly! I really hope to cross paths with her in the future! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! 10/10 recommend this Title Company!
Never dealt with a title company that wouldn’t assist me with closing information. Anna was very unprofessional as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn’t recommend this company or use them again.
