I spoke to Carlos directly and had a good feeling immediately. We had bad weather to reschedule around as well as jobs he had to take care of, but he stayed in contact with me. Ours was a small job, but he made it feel like a priority. Our furniture was handled with care. We highly recommend Majestic Movers! Thank you Carlos.
I love Majesty Moving. We had to move a large format printing operation across the country from Utah to Ohio. We vetted a dozen movers and ultimately decided to work with Majesty. They were incredibly responsive in the planning phase. On the day of the move, they built a beautiful, top-notch crate for our large format printer on site and delicately handled all of our other sensitive equipment. Superb service. During job continually checked in to verify everything was placed where we desired, and Carlos took the time to ensure everything was in "square" using a tape measure frequently. Very friendly crew and respectful of our home. He used carpet runners on our flooring and took extra time to wash their hands before moving light colored furniture to not soil our property. Carlos stayed within his quote price and wasn't satisfied until he knew we were pleased with his service.
Carlos and his team were extremely awesome to work with. We had to change our moving dates multiple times and they were very accommodating. They were very careful with our stuff and worked efficiently. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of an excellent moving service.
Ryan and Steven did an amazing job they had all of our stuff unloaded in less the two hours they were very fast respectful and communicative. They were able to come on short notice as well
