Majesty Homes is one of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. I have really tried not to leave a bad review for Rita Londree and give her a chance to finish and leave on a good note. But after multiple (At least 25) unanswered phone calls/voicemails and no response whatsoever I had to! While I write this review the project is still not complete and its been more than 2 years. They give you incorrect estimates on when they will finish (based on what they think you want to hear), ask for payments way ahead of even completing the milestone for the project, the veranda post set up for my stairways was not even installed (it was just dropped over the wood and left like that). UPDATE: The side wood for our steps came off and I’ve tried to contact them to fix it and it’s been almost a month. Save your money and stay away from this company. They started the work to build a screened porch for me 10 months ago. Last time when they show up to work was 6 months ago and the project is 20% done, while they got 50% of the agreed price. What they built is low quality and was not inspected, and rotting anyway because it's exposed to rain and sun light. Their building plan was incorrect. I had Majesty Homes put in a beautiful stone patio and fireplace. They did terrific work and we love out patio and if they were at all responsive, the rating would be a 5 We’ve tried to reach them for two years to make minor repairs-two firebox stones (large granite blocks) have come off and they claim to give you a warranty. Good luck getting in touch with them… I’m looking at how to fix their work myself at this point
