I ordered an Espresso machine through Majesty. It was a Rocket Appartamento. When it arrived, it didn't work; it wouldn't power up at all. We sent them an email and received an immediate response of how to return it with an attachment of a prepaid shipping label. This is a heavy machine, so it was an inconvenience that it didn't work.
