Majesty Coffee is putting out lures to hook people into buying from them. (Free items with purchase, see the photo) I never received the advertised free bonus items of Coffee, and Grinder Cleaner. It was never even mentioned to me in any part of the order confirmation. Also, their website offers “Same Day Shipping.”  I placed an order, but didn’t get a shipping confirmation until a week later, AFTER I asked them why I hadn’t heard anything. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They delivered my coffee grinder to my home when it should have been sent to the address on the registry. Then, it was supposed to include 2 lbs of coffee and one month later it still has not arrived. When Incalled about it Tony told me that they couldn’t deliver it to the address on the registry, which I gave him one month ago, but would have to come to my address. I ordered an Espresso machine through Majesty. It was a Rocket Appartamento. When it arrived, it didn't work; it wouldn't power up at all. We sent them an email and received an immediate response of how to return it with an attachment of a prepaid shipping label. This is a heavy machine, so it was an inconvenience that it didn't work. However, things happen that are not the fault of either the manufacturer or the dealer.
