Majestik Homes doesn't pay their bills to their subs or return phone calls. We did the job as requested and quoted. Not a surprise they are always looking for new subs on their jobs.

Majestik Home Builder Review We have been living in our new Majestik home for 5 months now and are loving it more each day. When we first saw the home, we loved the open concept first floor plan. They treat their sub contractors terribly and want you to "Cut Corners" to get the job done but not done right and this is why they change subs after each build. Majestic is just another cheap Florida home builder.

We purchased our home from Majestik in April 2016. As an omen of what was to come, their realtor didn't bring the keys to closing. In fact, we closed and then about 3 hours later, a maintenance person showed up with the keys as we sat in the driveway with our moving truck. The warranty was difficult to utilize and it required multiple calls, faxes and emails to get anything done. After the one year, we were grateful to be done.
