Best place for all your phone issues. I had an issue with my phone Kumail was so helpful he resolved the issue. He was so pleasant to deal with.
My daughter called in with an issue regarding her mom's phone showing pop ups constantly. She said the person on the phone "was so helpful and knowledgeable and understanding" that we had to go get the phone repaired there. We dropped in and she was 100% correct. Kumail (the owner) repaired the issue with the phone very quickly and efficiently, I even upgraded my own phone at the same time for a very reasonable price. Kumail provided excellent customer service in transitioning my old blackberry key 2 to an iphone. He took the time to transfer as much information to the new phone from my blackberry, which wasn't an easy process. Kumail was honest, friendly, patient, and had integrity. He charged a very fair price for the time that he took to ensure that my new device was working properly and to my satisfaction.
