I booked an appointment with Ruth on April 25th for my wedding coming up..left a deposit for $300 and she never responded to any confirmations from myself for over a month.. location where my install takes place was never discussed (that’s supposed to be in 2 days) so honestly I feel she never planned to show up.. every payment is upfront when planning a wedding so she gets paid regardless $600 total.
