Recently had Majestic Wood Works install new stairway railing and balusters. Amazing experience from start to finish. We wanted to change out our outdated white/wood stairway railing/balusters to more modern design (metal + wood). John was extremely easy to work with-- provided quote and digital mockup within a few days of coming by in person and answered questions promptly. Johns crew did not bother to mask off bookcases at top and bottom of stairs and created a mess that i had to hire someone to clean up. Then after the job was completed and paid for i noticed a stair railing post was hanging over the wood floor by about a half inch. I spoke to john and he kept saying how busy he was and refused to set a date to return to fix his work . I signed a contract for construction of a staircase and front steps with John Gomez, company owner, on August 22, 2023. Eight months later, and having been paid in full soon after he claimed the work was completed, I'm still having to call and text him and his brother, Edgar, several times a week to ask that he come back and correct and finish the job.
