I feel the HOA is home too only favoritism of the neiborhood moved out because horrible HOA they were not very nice too new people that were trying too understand what HOA, they will push hard for you too clean up even within a weak state there HOA will let you get away with 6 months but this HOA will just hard as you with late fees and will not let it go when it wasn’t your fault my advice is change management and employees with new people
