I called Don back in 2023 for a clogged sewer line for a property in WWC. Someone else had attempted to clear the line, but said they couldn't and promptly quoted $13K to replace the line to the street. Don showed up promptly and within 30 minutes had the line clear. Old school and no nonsense guy. I consider him the Drain Whisperer. The reviews that mention cussing...likely true, but somewhat ridiculous. Have been using them for 15 years. Had to use them today.. was here within 30 minutes had everything cleared out and put back in 30 minutes and I own a laundromat
Don Drumheller. Couple of these Reviews are dead wrong. "Rick Davies ". Never in my life have I changed $271 for a kitchen sink. And I run the machine, not plunge. Called said I had slow drains thought it was a vent problem, technician came to the house plunge the kitchen sink for less than three minutes said it was clear charge me $271. I still have slow drains I should’ve been there but I wasn’t I was working I thought I was dealing with professionals, I guess not.
Called Majestic on a Sunday and Don returned my call quickly and said he would be out in Tuesday, which was ok with me. I had a stopped toilet I tried to snake myself but was unsuccessful. Don quoted his basic service charge that was far better than two other drain cleaning services contacted prior to Don. He responded and right away I knew I would like this guy.
