I hired Majestic Rug Cleaning Inc. in July 2025 to clean two rugs, including a silk & wool Tibetan rug. The rugs were not cleaned properly during the first attempt. Unfortunately, both were returned with a new sticky red substance and black hair (I have blond hair) on them, which was extremely concerning. I have used this company to clean and store rugs for the summer for several years. They arrive within their delivery/return window. The staff is courteous. The rugs are well cleaned.
The rug cleaning changed its color, and I paid to have it picked up and delivered but the delivery company left the rug in my package room. I had to unwrap it and lay it myself. Will not be working with this company again.
