NOt so easy dealing with understanding how Majestic works especially going from a conversation to what they give as a proposal which comes after with no explanation. However workers were great and so was delivery.
I hired Majestic Rug Cleaning Inc. in July 2025 to clean two rugs, including a silk & wool Tibetan rug. The rugs were not cleaned properly during the first attempt. Unfortunately, both were returned with a new sticky red substance and black hair (I have blond hair) on them, which was extremely concerning. Because of this, the rugs had to undergo a second cleaning, and as a result, my silk & wool rug suffered severe damage. I have used this company to clean and store rugs for the summer for several years. They arrive within their delivery/return window. The staff is courteous. The rugs are well cleaned.
