I decided to drop off my vintage hand knotted Turkish rug rather than using the pickup service. The location in NJ was only 15 min from the GWB, easy peasy to find. Timely pick up and delivery. The cleaned rug looks like new. I've been a customer of Majestic for many years, and they always deliver.
Pickup and delivery were on time and as promised. Rug was nice and clean, and ragged edges were perfectly bound in matching yarn. Guys who delivered the rug were polite and put booties on their shoes before entering our apartment. I highly recommend Majestic for both cleaning and repair!
I've been working with Majestic Rug Cleanin for a number of years. I love my handmade imported rug and they do a great job sprucing it up each year, Plus very easy to talk to real person to make appointments. And the pickup and delivery guys are friendly and do what I ask, ie. place it here, cut off the wire tag please. No problem. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with Majestic Rug Cleaning Services. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. They were easy to schedule with, showed up on time, and handled my rug with real care. The cleaning itself was impressive — my rug came back looking fresh, vibrant, and almost like new. They were able to remove stains and odors I thought were permanent. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Customer service was also top-notch. They kept me updated throughout the process... read more
