Cassie was amazing. Very professional, friendly and supportive, and maintained a very clean and safe environment for my child to visit. She was extremely knowledgeable on children with special needs, and very patient. She was so supportive and she helped educate my wife and me. I highly recommend this facility.
My personal policy is to never accept the unacceptable. This provider is unacceptable. This provider dumped my son and me because I INQUIRED about rescheduling. When told no, I indicated that I could keep the appointment. It was too late: We had already been ditched, sent back to the referral stage, set back at least 6 months in our search for medical HELP.
