At first, this pool company was awesome. As time went on, they wouldn't return text messages or phone calls. I've been trying for a week to get ****** to call me back as to when they were going to come out and close our pool. It's the second week of October and no word from them. I even went to where the office is located and couldn't get anyone to come to the door.
