Very disappointing experience. The company’s vehicle completely blocked our apartment driveway for around 30 minutes while plumbing work was being carried out. I couldn’t get my car out and was late for work as a result. We understand that maintenance is necessary, but contractors should consider residents who need to enter and leave the property. Some notice or better planning would have avoided this inconvenience.
I’d had a frustrating experience with another plumber before finding Majestic Plumbing, and the difference was obvious from the start. They sorted out the existing issues in my 100-year-old home, fixed problems left behind by the previous company, and explained everything clearly along the way. Communication was excellent, pricing was transparent, and the whole process was straightforward. I have used Majestic Plumbing a few times now. After initially getting messed around by another company Majestic fixed all the issues I had in my 100year old house and additional issues caused by the previous company. The admin side was great and they were upfront with the costs. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a decent plumbing company. Thank-you. Finally have a plumber I can rely on!
