Management: 5/5 Maintenance: 5/5 Building structure: 2/5 - foundation is cracking, bugs can get in through the cracks, doors are starting to become misaligned from frames, etc. Also, someone in our building (3) brought home a stray dog close to the end of our lease and that dog definitely had fleas. The building is probably riddled with them at this point and we'd even see them around the outside hopping around. We even heard her bragging about picking the dog up off the street. Great property! Location is ideal, lots of restaurants and retail nearby. Staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
We lived here for 3 years and enjoyed it the whole time. The apartments are bright and well designed, it really felt like a home. Kari and Alyssa were always super kind and helpful whenever we had questions. We’ll miss it!
I love these apartments!! They are beautiful and updated! The office and management staff are incredibly helpful and kind and the maintenance staff is amazing!!
I have been enjoying my new apartment. The pool is year around and the GYM is a very nice area I can get a good workout. We even have a half court basketball court that’s fenced in! Highly recommend you see Alissa and Kari inside the office. Very courteous and intelligent woman working there! =)
