Been living here a month and a half and it is a very nice community. The office staff is super kind and helpful. No issues. Maintenance issue was minor and handled quickly. Would recommend living here.

Management: 5/5 Maintenance: 5/5 Building structure: 2/5 - foundation is cracking, bugs can get in through the cracks, doors are starting to become misaligned from frames, etc. Also, someone in our building (3) brought home a stray dog close to the end of our lease and that dog definitely had fleas. The building is probably riddled with them at this point and we'd even see them around the outside hopping around. We even heard her bragging about picking the dog up off the street.
